The NanoGrind™ 4000XD is the only machine specifically designed for the mass production of micro-drills. Due to its productivity and precision, this machine has become a benchmark in the semiconductor, printed-circuit board, watch making and jewelry industry where micro-drills with the highest quality are required. The NanoGrind™ 4000XD is a 4-station CNC rotary transfer tool grinding machine for high volume production of micro drills in carbide and HSS, based on a revolving table with 4 workheads. Three of the 4 bays are for grinding, and the 4th bay is for loading/unloading.

Smart Features

NANOSET® TECHNOLOGY

New setup cross tables to hold the shank guides, steady rest and pointing
grippers of the NanoGrind™ 4000XD. Technology based on material deformation,
made of one piece, no play and no wear. Patended.

AUTO SETUP

All the tool holding blacks and setup outside the machine with a camera while the machine is in production. Tool and wheel touchup are fully automatic, equipped with a sensing device. Setups are up to 80% shorter compared to other methods.

SMART HOLDER

New spindle holder for the NanoGrind™ machines. The holder design prevents
spindles from getting deformed when tightening the cover. Spindle is easily
placed and removed.

Turnkey

For Rollomatic, the process is as important as the machine. To better serve our customers, we are able to provide full turnkeys with every machine. The turnkey process starts with our Sales Team and their help in defining your project. Our expert team of Applications Engineers then studies your parts to determine the best machine, options, accessories, peripheral equipment, programs, and training required.
